Caregiver Support Program helps by offering the following:
Practical Skills Classes
Teach practical skills to approach the challenges of memory disorders in an evidence based effective way.
Emotional Support
Offer emotional support for common reactions that include feelings of loss, anxiety, guilt, isolation and overwhelm.
Community Resources
Identify essential community resources and assist with choosing the best care options for your family.
Building Community
Offer connections to other family members, friends and caregivers who are having similar experiences to decrease feelings of isolation, learn from and support each other.

Programs for Everyone
These offerings are open to the community at large. You do not need to be a patient at MGH or a caregiver for an MGH patient.
Fundamental Skills Course for Caregivers
This four-part course for family, friends, and caregivers provides practical strategies for successful day to day interactions and an approach to care that is holistic and therapeutic for everyone.Conversations with Caregivers
Our signature program for everyone who wishes to attend – Conversations with Caregivers is a monthly forum featuring a speaker who is an expert in their field of practice.Health and Resiliency
Our Health and Resiliency (H&R) programs are Ageless Grace and Tuesday Evening H&R Seminars. A healthy lifestyle is important for all of us. Individualized Care Consultation
Individualized Care Consultation sessions offer an opportunity to discuss each family member’s specific concerns and their family’s needs.Caregiver Support Groups
